Repairs

If damage occurs after purchase from mishandling or general wear and tear then I will be happy to do my best to repair the item of jewellery where possible, for a fee. The minimum cost of a repair job is $50 (NZD) but the fee may be higher depending on the particular piece and the extent of the damage. Please note that any shipping costs associated with a resizing job will be the responsibility of the customer. Please only ship the piece of jewellery in question to me once we have discussed the situation via email, and I have agreed to do the repair work for you.

Resizing

Most of the jewellery that I make is not able to be resized, so it is best to be sure of the fit before purchasing. If you are unsure about the size of a piece of jewellery that you're interested in purchasing, then feel free to contact me to check if it will be able to be resized after purchase. If you find something that you like but it's not in your size, then again feel free to reach out to me as I may be able to make something similar for you in your size.
