I will always package your purchase as carefully and safely as possible, but if damage somehow occurs during the shipping of your jewellery, please contact me as soon as it is in your hands with clear photographs of the damage. In this event, you may choose one of two options going forward:

​a) Receive a full refund for the damaged item/s, when you ship the damaged item/s back to me

b) Exchange the damaged item/s for something of the same or closely similar value.

​Please only ship the piece/s of jewellery in question to me once we have discussed the situation via email.

​I do not offer refunds or exchanges for bespoke/custom-made pieces of jewellery. I also do not offer refunds or exchanges on sale items, or in the event of a change of mind.  I reserve the right to assess the condition of the returned item of jewellery before agreeing to a refund or exchange.

​If you have purchased jewellery from one of the galleries that I stock, please check in with their specific returns and exchanges policy.

​Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of the purchase being made, and a refund will be given through the same payment method that was used for the purchase. Order cancellations are not possible after 24 hours have passed as I will likely have already started investing my time/energy/money/heart into making your special piece for you.

​Every piece of jewellery is made entirely by hand, by me, so no two pieces will be exactly the same. As a maker and consumer of art, I enjoy seeing evidence of the maker's hand within a piece of work, and as such I intentionally leave "maker's marks" visible in my own work.  These could look like small file scuffs, hammer marks, lines that are not perfectly straight, or faint solder flow lines. This serves as a reminder that your jewellery was made by a person, not a machine. These marks carry with them a small piece of my creative soul and are evidence of the hours and sometimes days of work that have gone into making each special piece. Please note that I do not offer refunds or exchanges in the event that these small imperfections do not suit your personal taste.
